I recently returned from 16 days in Tibet. 

It was an intense trip.

I experienced profound shifts in my energy and was offered new perspectives on life.

The highlight of my journey was the three-day pilgrimage around Mt Kailash.

Circumnavigating this sacred mountain is the dream of many of the Tibetan people. We were privileged to traverse this terrain with pilgrims from Tibet and others. I was struck by their devotion and beauty. It was humbling and inspiring.
