Welcome to this mid-August 2025 Frequency Update  

August is a very sacred month and the first half of this month has really been about deepening into that sacred template — that part of you that holds the truth of who you are.

The second half of August is really about integration.

It’s about integrating the sacred template that you be.

Bringing in more of what you’ve received, what you’ve downloaded — or completing that download so it can fully land....so that the new information, the new energies, the new codes, can really support you to be more yourself. - to be more authentic. To allow your soul, your divine essence, to lead the way.

This integration is really about receiving even more of your original self — the unique self that you are.

And as this template, or aspects of it, switch on within you — because it’s already there, already within you —
there’s a natural realignment that begins.

Timelines shift.
And the structure of your physical body, your emotional body, your mental body, and your etheric or subtle bodies —
they all start to realign.

And this realignment comes because of the deepening that’s already happened in the first part of the month.

So the second half of August is still very much about going deep,
about accessing those quieter places within.

But what’s different now is that, as you’ve been recentered,
as you’ve been reoriented to your eternal self — your true self, your soul essence, your divine presence —
that shift has created a new access point.

New codes within you are starting to switch on.
And these codes, these frequencies, they are you.
They are your authentic self.

And as they switch on, there’s a new ease that starts to open up.
A sense of being more at home in yourself.
More at ease with what you’re here to do.
More at ease in your relationships —
with others, with clients, friends, family, colleagues.
With time. With money.
With the world around you.
And most importantly, your relationship with you.

So this sacred deepening into your essence is helping you become more real.
More grounded in who you are.

And that’s being supported by a stabilizing frequency that’s coming through now.
These high-frequency energies — these codes of love and light — are anchoring into the planet.
They’re here to help you land what you received earlier this month.
To integrate it.
To support any shifts or changes that are needing to move through.

Because integration always brings change.
It’s not just a resting place.
It’s a sacred pause that creates movement.
A time where all that inner work starts to take shape in your life.

These integration phases are powerful.
They allow what’s been done to truly land.
To become real in your internal state.
And to ripple into your outer world.

So now, in the second half of August,
there are integration frequencies available to support you.
To allow those shifts and changes — both within and around you — to unfold.
